Repair benefits begin on day 31 after enrollment and payment, provided the initial inspection approves the roof. If approval comes later, benefits begin after approval. Existing leaks and documented damage require separate paid repairs; the waiting period does not make them eligible. During the waiting period, repairs are available at regular pricing. Initial inspections and replacement-credit accumulation begin immediately upon enrollment and payment. No new waiting period applies to uninterrupted renewals. Eligible repairs are subject to membership exclusions, annual and per-occurrence caps, eligible visit limits, service fees, and inspection findings. The annual allowance does not increase with the number of visits.
